- Have you ever thought of how powerful sleep and breathing is? We underestimate is so much. We do it without thinking and as long as we can go to school, work and live our everyday-life we think it's enough. But it's not! I bet that most of you don't sleep enough. Or that you're going to bed way too late. How many times have you heard the sentence “...there will be sleeping enough in the grave....”. That's what Benjamin Franklin said.
Well Ben, I don't think you'd wanted to look like the girl on the left photo and feel as her do you? Well, I guess you don't care cause you're already in the grave...
And even if we don't look like th photo (hopefully). I still think you should have a good look at it and the text around it. And breathing? Oh man, if you get used to the yogic Pranayama (breathing technique) then most of your main problems will stop you from living a longer and healthier life.
Me myself, I sleep between 7.5h-9h a night and wake up before 9am to kickstart a new day I'm blessed with.
Don't take everything for granted folks.
Ph 1: the gym at my job in Tylösand. // Me and Frida hanging out at my other job after our workout.
- Hey everyone. A week full of great training. Feeling really good! It's sunday but not any kind of sunday.
First of advent! It's crazy how time flies away. I went for a 45min workout at the gym, 45 min power walk by myself and with Suzana later on. Vacumed the apartment, made some lunch and now preparing for some cozines this afternoon with my brother. Dan is coming over and we'll make some hot chocolate, bunns and tea.
Then we're going to the yearly christmas deco (Julskyltning) in the town.

We're coming into cold and gray times in the noth so to keep yourself energized and healthy I've been playing in the kitchen with all kinds of recipes.
Lately I've been longing for that popular vegan chai tea that it the No #1 thing people drink during winter in Melbourne.
"One soy chai tea / latte, please."
Yepp, you'll hear that sentence everywhere all the time. Especially if you work in a café!I got pretty tired of that after a while when people always ordered it while I was working. But did I get tired of that amazing smell and taste? NEVER!
Here's how I did it at home a while ago..
And each of these spices is packed full of nutrition and anti-inflammatory properties, so you can drink up guilt-free. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Ingredients:
24 ounces unsweetened almond or soy milk
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 small pinch coarse ground black pepper
Optional sweeteners:
1 tablespoon raw honey
Recipe: Combine all of the ingredients (except sweeteners) in a small pot over medium heat and whisk to combine. Heat over medium-low heat 5-7 minutes until the flavors have come together; serve immediately. Sweeten to taste.
Chai Tea Variation: Add 1 organic unflavored black or green teabag to each hot serving. Steep for 5 minutes; discard teabag before serving.
Chai Latte Variation: Add 1-2 shots of organic espresso or strong organic coffee to each serving.

Method:
Smash the avocado in a small bowl then gently mix through the feta and mint. Don’t mix too much or you won’t have any larger chunks of feta left.
Toast the bread.
Cover the toast in the avocado + feta mix and then add a squeeze of fresh lemon.
I added some black pepper too.

- From not been working out for a while after the accident in Indonesia during my Yoga Teacher training and some traveling after that, I was i really bad shape.
And believe me, I feel much worse than I looked.
So I decided to do one of these "Before & after" photos that everyone does. And here they are!
6 weeks of working out, and eating a little bit better.
I feel much better now and I'm getting back to my normal shape...!
